Exquisite Riverside Retreat

Welcome to our luxurious three-bedroom riverfront house! This stunning property offers a picturesque view of the river from the outdoor deck where you can relax and watch the boats go by. Enjoy outdoor seating and a BBQ area for a perfect evening by the water.

Inside, you'll find a full kitchen and a spacious dining room for entertaining. With two living rooms, there's plenty of space to unwind and relax. The private driveway has room for three cars, ensuring convenience for guests.

The main bedroom features a king bed, a riverfront balcony, and a walk-in closet for added comfort. Bedroom two offers a queen bed, while bedroom three has a twin bed that can be converted into a king bed. Three bathrooms ensure ample convenience for guests.

This house is located on Miami River and have a Boat Docking space for a boat up to 25 feet.

Located near downtown, Wynwood, Brickell, and Bayside, our house is just 15 minutes away from South Beach and Miami Airport.

  • This place is right behind the James L Knight Center, right between the Brickell Avenue and the S.E. 2nd Avenue bridge. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. Lots of new, very tall buildings have made the Miami landscape a very popular site for photography!
