  • Casa Milán: a design loft-style home with a private pool, 15 minutes from Miami International Airport.

    Inspired by the converted design lofts of Milan, this single-story home combines exposed brick, black-framed canopy beds, rattan accents and bold black-and-white patterns with a private backyard made for long sunny afternoons. It is ideal for families and groups of up to 12 who want space to be together and space to unwind.

    THE HOME
    - 5 bedrooms: 3 king beds and 2 queen beds, plus 2 small sofa beds
    - 3 bathrooms with towels and toiletries provided
    - 2 separate living rooms, so everyone has room to spread out
    - Dining table for 8 with pool view, plus 4 stools at the kitchen island
    - Full kitchen: granite island, double oven, side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer and coffee maker
    - Foosball table steps from the pool
    - Smart TVs and fast Wi-Fi
    - Laundry room with washer and dryer (starter pods provided)

    THE BACKYARD
    - Private pool (not heated) with travertine deck and pool floats
    - Sun loungers
    - Covered lounge with shade sail and string lights
    - BBQ grill and outdoor dining table
    - Fully fenced backyard with lawn

    PARKING AND ARRIVAL
    - Free parking for 3 cars in the private driveway
    - Self check-in from 4 PM with a personal smart-lock code

    Quiet residential street in Westchester, west Miami:
    - 10 min to FIU
    - 15 min to Miami International Airport and Dolphin Mall
    - 20 to 25 min to Brickell and Downtown Miami
    - 25 to 30 min to Wynwood
    - 30 to 35 min to South Beach

    GOOD TO KNOW
    - The pool is not heated; water temperature follows the season
    - Pool service visits Tuesdays and Fridays, and landscaping twice a month, through the side gate
    - Security cameras at the front entrance and backyard only; no cameras inside
    - Pets welcome with a pet fee; please contact us before booking
    - No parties or events, no smoking indoors, quiet hours after 10 PM
    - Children must be supervised at the pool at all times

Fantastic Property

We evacuated to here from Hurricane Milton, and it was absolutely perfect. Spacious, inviting, tons of room, all the amenities. We could not have found a place that was more comfortable. Host was always prompt in answering questions. I'd give more stars if it were possible. Highly recommend, especially for a large group. 10 stars!

Given the wrong location but they fixed it fast!!

Tripp started out rough because we were given the wrong location and was trying to get in a property where someone else was already staying lol! Once we figured it out with Ana, we found our house was beautiful n extremely clean!! My only fallback was they needed more washcloths and towels for the showers. They had plenty of pool towels, but not enough for all the bathrooms because it was 8 of us… They also needed more pots n pans!!! We and truly enjoyed our stay n would visit again!!

Good stay once some issues resolved

Did a 4 day stay with the extended family in this 5 bedroom, 3 bath home. The layout was exactly what we were looking for since we had 4 families and 3 infants with us (10 people). The check-in was seamless, and we were able to check in an hour early. The house overall was pretty clean on arrival, but there were ants in the kitchen, the bed sheets were not very clean, and the beds had no flat sheets. The hostess responded quickly and sent the maintenance person out to spray for the ants, and provided flat sheets and stripped one of the beds on day 2. All of the cleaning supplies, bed linens were locked up in cabinets, so we had no access to take care of the issues ourselves quickly, that we were willing to do. Instead we waited until day 2 for the sheets. Recommend they leave access to at least one spare set of sheets per room as well as basic cleaning supplies - anyone traveling with a family would be able to keep things cleaner especially if they are eating meals in the house. Once our issues were addressed, the house worked out great and we really enjoyed our stay there. The location was in a perfect location to visit with family as well as access to highways and visit several tourist spots, from the zoo to the south, to the science museum downtown. Seems to be a new rental, so hopefully just growing pains for the hostess.

nice place as described

Great place, separate bedrooms are great and roomy. Communication was fast, and easy A little bit of distance to convivence store or market, but with a car its no problem. Close enough to the airport, can uber to most locations fairly easily. Grill is charcoal.
