Centrally located Home w/ Pool & Gym

Completely renovated in 2022, this villa is a dream come true for a family or executive with a private office, a large fully equipped kitchen, a grand master bedroom, a pool, and a gym!

The property is excellent for the remote worker, with fiber optic internet and 5 bars of signal strength throughout the property. We have a separate office area including a standing, with excellent lighting and a color laser printer. The office also has doors to close off the area for those private video and conference calls.

The office contains basic needs such as a stapler, pencils, pens, a whiteboard, and a paper shredder.

The villa is in the excellent Shenandoah neighborhood, where the neighbors walk morning and night.

The large pool area includes a fire pit, lawn chairs, and a terrace dining area to enjoy the cool nights in Miami. Parking for up to 3 cars is off-street and private. Pool and Landscape maintenance is included!

We are happy to provide a saltwater pool and a gym for you to enjoy, but both are to be used cautiously and at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.

Best Location and attentive owners

Reina was the perfect hostess. Her quick replies to our inquiries were very satisfying. Also her recommendations for a local chef to prepare a meal in the house was spot on. The location is perfect. And the house had decorations and even a Christmas tree. It made our family time together special.

Thanksgiving

Our family had a really nice time. Place was comfortable and clean. Our host was was accommodating and answered questions promptly. The pool area with outdoor seating is where we sent most of our time. Location was great a short ride or a 15-20 dollar uber to most place, nothing is a short walk. Thanks for a nice stay would recommend if staying in Miami.

Cruise Vacation

Everything was AMAZING!!! The hosts, the property itself, the neighborhood, and the location are ALL TOP FLIGHT in my book... Highly Recommend!

Outstanding home which has been updated in great fashion! We spent 6 nights there after evacuating from Hurricane Milton and the hosts Larry and Reina could not have been nicer! They were easy to communicate with and reached out to ask how we were doing. Super nice people and a great property. We highly recommend it!

Great home to stay at in miami

I come to Miami a lot, I usually stay at luxury apartments in brickell. This place was way better. Big house with everything you need, fully stocked kitchen, very high quality TV to watch movies. The pool is great. Nice neighborhood not to far from everything and free parking. The hosts are responsive and helpful I highly recommend staying here

Perfect Baseball Babymoon

My husband and I absolutely loved this beautiful space. Each room is pristine and beyond any expectation we could have imagined. The outdoor space was simply magical. Incredible foliage and plant life really make the pool/patio space feel like a secluded jungle. A nice walk from Calle Ocho…there is always something unique to observe along the way. The residents we encountered were nothing but kind and very welcoming.
