All was clean and it was a very spacey room. Staff was nice! And after 2 days of travel, it surely was a good sleep, bed was perfect!

Close to the airport but also not too far away from miami beach ($20 uber/Lyft) Room large, clean and very well equipped Nice pool on site with very comfortable loungers Hotel restaurant very good but plenty of other walkable options locally. Great staff, Daniel on reception was very friendly and super helpful and efficient - a, great guy! I would not hesitate to stay here again next time I am in Miami

Even thought is across from the airport we didn’t even hear any planes landing/takin off and very convenient to stores and 10mins from airport and 30mins to South/North Miami Beaches.

Jason is first class on the front desk. Sadly the hotel web page does NOT note their local number. I received excellent instructions by e-mail as to how to arrange a shuttle from the airport but sadly no phone number. I called the number on their webpage but it was all computer generated voice; could make a new reservation or cancel an existing one. Finally after 5, yes FIVE different telephone numbers I was finally able to speak to someone at the property and arrange for pick up. Shuttle contact number needs to be added to the property webpage. Great little coffee shop serving a supper dinner available on site. Salmon burger 1st class!

We did an overnight here before an early rise for the airport. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was a little further from the airport than we expected but that wasn’t a huge deal for us. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low.

I loved the cleanliness. Location was great. 15 mins from the airport and 25 mins from south beach. I did not like having to ask for towels everyday and housekeeping only comes one day a week to clean the rooms.

The staff was very pleasant. Only complaint is that when I booked the reservation it was only the option to reserve and pay later but I was callled twice prior to check in telling me if I didn’t pay now we would lose our reservation.

Exceptional service! The hotel's friendly staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The complimentary shuttle to the airport was incredibly convenient, and their attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend for a seamless travel experience.

The property was great. The staff was nice and friendly. The only thing that I didnt like was that it took them a while to get us room., We were early and they told us that we could check in as soon as the rokm was ready...but the roo. wasny ready until almost 3 and check in was at 3. So if they had of just said it wo t be ready until 3... then we would of left and found someething else to do...instead of waiting around for the room. Other that the property was great and very clean... I have no complaints and the room thing is not really a complaint because our room was ready when it was supposed to be ready at 3pm.

Really great option for an overnight layover spot. Shuttle was super convenient and easy to organize for pick up. This is not a bad thing, but wasnt made aware of it clearly on Expedia: if you have a late check in, they will run your card for the room BEFORE you check in EVEN if you select pay at check in; the hotel called to explain, but i felt like that wasnt very clear when booking online. Staff was very nice and helpful and the rooms were clean! Would layover here again!
