"Upon check in, my toilet wouldn’t flush. There was no water going into the back chamber. We called down to the front desk 5 times without any response. I even went down to the front desk in person… still no assistance. I had to call Hyatt’s corporate number to get any help. Other than that, the hotel was fine."

"Stayed at citizenM Miami Worldcenter for a concert weekend and the location was perfect — super convenient and close to everything we needed. The rooms are definitely on the smaller side, but we expected that and it was manageable for a short stay. The hotel was modern, clean, and had a nice vibe overall. One downside was the refrigerator. It had a mini fridge but no freezer, and it didn’t get cold enough to really chill our drinks before heading out to an outdoor concert in the Miami heat. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again for the location alone."

"You do have to pay $24.99 for Valet Parking. That is required. There’s NO exterior parking for FREE. Also, if you want your room cleaned, it has to be notified to front desk the day before, rooms are NOT cleaned daily like how other major hotels do such as Marriott. It is convenient because it was an ideal location to things we had planned on doing. I would recommend other big name hotels unless you want something that’s convenient since it’s very close to airport and car rental. The most we drove was about 30 minutes to food place & activities that we took part in."
