✱✱Smoking is only permitted outside ONLY

✱✱NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME OF ANYTHING AT ANYTIME ***YOU KNOW WHAT WE MEAN***

✱✱Please dispose of all smoking materials responsibly.

✱✱There will be a fine starting at $500 if there is evidence of smoking inside after check out.

✱✱Please note there is a noise ordinance from 10pm -8AM which means no noise of any kind that can be heard by the neighbors including talking and music… this can be found in the house rules and is strictly enforced thank you!

✱✱No parties of any kind permitted at any time. Only guests on reservation are permitted on the property at anytime during your stay

✱✱Please know that security cameras are in the outside of the unit for the safety of all guests staying in the property; tampering, covering or moving them without the consent of the host will be subject to a $100 fine, thanks for helping us taking care of our property.

✱✱We require all guests under the reservation to provide a government-issued ID to the host prior to the check-in time, as well as sign a rental agreement which you can see under house rules.

✱✱Entry instructions will not be sent out until the Govt issued ID is received.

✱✱We use a third-party platform to communicate with the guests.

✱✱Guests staying 2 weeks or more will have an additional cleaning added to reservation payable by the guest.

✱✱We aim to make your experience enjoyable, including your use of our pool. Maintaining a pristine pool is important, that’s why we schedule pool cleaning twice a week, but natural factors like wind, rain and surrounding vegetation can occasionally cause debris or leaves to appear despite our best efforts. Our team works diligently to maintain the pool`s cleanliness, but if you desire a spotless pool throughout your stay, we offer daily cleaning services for an additional $50 per cleaning. Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to arrange this service. We look forward to ensuring your stay is exceptional.

✱✱We provide propane gas for your use. We ask that the BBQ be maintained and cleaned after each use, If not, guests will be charged a $50 cleaning fee.

✱✱When early check-in and late check-out are available, we are happy to accommodate for a fee. Price varies according to the time selected

✱✱Early Check-in & Late Check-out fees are non refundable as per stripe to further protect HostyMosty from chargebacks

✱✱The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

✱✱Guests, please understand that Miami is located in a tropical climate, and that insects and lizards flourish in this environment. If doors are not kept closed, small visitors can enter.) Although Owner will use its best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay, Guest understands that any contact by Guest with such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
