"After reading so may negatives reviews, I was apprehensive. The hotel turned out being great for the price. Location is awesome, the pool was great and the staff was suuuuper nice. Bonus point for shower pressure! The bed was also quite comfortable. I’d stay here again for sure"

"No safe or iron in the room but it was advertised there were in our booking description. No amenities: no coffee, no kettle in the room. Not enough towels in the room, noisy bathroom door would wake us up in the middle of the night everytime someone would use the bathroom, only positive thing is the location and the beds were comfortable. Way too expensive: close to CAD $3,000 for 4 nights. I wouldn’t book this hotel again. "

"Everything about this stay was terrible . We were up charged for a terrible room. We basically had to beg for room service to clean our room. They threw away our champagne and promised to replace it. They replaced it a whole day later with a Prosecco. The music next door was so loud from 11 am - who knows when. The pool was bad , service anywhere took soooo long and after asking multiple times for anything. It felt like a 2 star hotel at best . After all this it was so hard to get a late check out. Would not recommend. "

"The amenities, room and pool area were not as they advertised. The room was so small, the sliding door to the bathroom was coming off of the hinges and the shower smelled of mildew & dirt. The terrace area that I paid more money for because of the view advertised, looked like a larger cell with a pool chair. It was advertised that there would be continental breakfast & that was a lie as well. The pool area had dirty and stained chair coverings, it was absolutely disgusting & looked nothing like the pictures. I thought that I was paying for this fantastic view but instead I got a view of dirty water & houses that look like they were falling apart. To put the cherry on top, the guy that checked me in charged me double for the deposit by accident. The hotel was definitely not worth the money."
