"Charming in its on very unique kind of way. We loved it. Staff were incredible, friendly and fun. It almost felt like we were staying with friends. Location was ideal and everything was extremely accessible.
Thank you for creating a hotel that felt like community. How can we not come back?! "

"Was heavily dissatisfied as this was my first time coming to your hotel with high expectations I found that the main pool was under construction which was not listed anywhere on Expedia. Also, I have 15 pigeons surrounding my 1 year old daughter trying to take her food everyday we were out by the small pool areas. I would like to continue business with you and if there’s anything you can do it would be appreciated to make this not feel like such a disappointment. "

"Honestly, it’s the best place we have ever stayed on Ocean Drive! The boardwalk is across the street. About a 20 minute walk to South Pointe. Our room was spacious. Very comfortable, clean and modern. Bathroom could use a cabinet or shelves to store toiletries. Balcony facing the ocean was our favorite for people watching. We will definitely return and ask for the same room!!"
"Our room was fabulous and the hotel location was ideal for the beach and the strip on South Beach. The staff were really helpful and happy to talk. The hotel itself was immaculate and the pool was perfect. Lots to do if you had more time. Parking was a little expensive, especially if you didn’t need your car between arrival and departure but it was valet. Would stay again."
