"Upon checking in room had strong bad smell like a dirty mop. Asked front desk for another room but sold out so asked for housekeeping to spray with air freshener. No housekeeping at 7:30pm so front desk said they'd do it in a few minutes. After 30 minutes I asked again and they said they were too busy and would do it later and suggested we go get dinner. Considering we just checked in we should have priority over guests checking in but attitude was very dismissive saying they were "swamped". Oh really. Not my problem they're too cheap to have 24hr housekeeping. An hour later it was done but still a bit of nasty smell. Also no room service, no breakfast but of course there was an envelope inside room asking for a tip for housekeeping??!! Also, the bed sheets seemed to not be clean as the previous victim left some hair behind and there were stains of some kind. So gross we had to use blankets from our car to protect ourselves. For $300 per night I'd expect better treatment. Also, they can't be bothered to adjust the nightstand clock to the correct time. Avoid."

"Had dinner at Perch, excellent in every way! Service was awesome, second only to the cuisine. Loved every minute. Good breakfast too! Room, spacious, lovely design and very clean."

"Had to get mad and demand a bottom floor room as they promised me. Lampshade was stained and broken as well as the light didn't work. The top sheet for our rollaway bed was stained. Asked for 2 extra pillows only got 1. Toilet plugged up at 5am and nobody in the lobby to help. Lobby was closed and the # you call for help didn't work and neither did ringing the bell. No lobby bathrooms and we saw nobody till 9am. We were lucky that other friends had a room there as well because we all had to use their bathroom. We have stayed there many times in the past and never had such a bad experience. We all agreed that the whole staff was high on drugs as well. This is no way to run a business!"

"The room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable as well. The fridge, microwave, coffee maker and the sink were very convenient to use especially if you have a family. The property is better than 2 star, around 2.5. Would recommend staying here again especially if you want to explore Murphys and the Arnold areas. "

"The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. The only thing was the room was cold even with heat turned up, other than the it was clean and quiet, and the check in staff was friendly and helpful. The casino staff are friendly and helpful also. We were celebrating a birthday and the only available restaurant was the cafe. That was disappointing but it was also a Monday so we didn’t get to try the Seven Sisters which were looking forward to. We will definitely go back. "
