"I've got little trouble bringing guest to my room so it is advised to heck with the hotel before if it is permitted. Make sure to request a lower floor because the higher up the less pressure the shower has, I was in the 7th floor and it was dripping from the shower."

You can get the number and use whatsapp which seems to be the way to communicate.This way they scheduled us a taxi from and to the airport The number is actually 351 calle Berlin ..."
