The place is quiet and clean, and the breakfast was good—not a huge buffet, but the service was fast and genuinely friendly, and the omelette was delicious. In fact, the whole staff is very friendly and professional, and the receptionist speaks very good English. The room was huge, but I couldn’t get hot water. Maybe it should have been left running for longer, but I’m not rating it as excellent because it was cold and there wasn’t a spare blanket. I had to resort to my sleeping bag—luckily I had one, as I was heading to the desert for camping.

Upon arrival we ( my wife & I ) greeted by the front desk and we felt very welcome to start our stay, i highly recommend this property, Quite, clean, great customer service, even the owner onsite to welcome all guests. Beautiful pool area, the room are big , close to everything in Djerba.

The crew and especially Karim were very welcoming and responded to all our requests in a timely fashion. The location is close to the beach and to the touristy areas yet isolated enough to enjoy a certain calmness in the area. The only issue we had was the internet connection inside the room, which technicians were working on fixing while we were there.
