"So I loved the staff and will be staying there again. Having a hot tub on site was SO NICE. However. The pool room was honestly a little gross. The pool wasnt very clear, there were lump of peoples hair on the floor all over the place, and the layer of scum I could feel on my body after being in the pool and spa was more notable than I've experience before. I immediately showered and scrubbed the heck out of my feet in fear of athletes foot, and I absolutely recommend you do the same. The food was so good, the rooms were very nice, and the staff was so helpful. It just loses a whole star because of the cleanliness of the pool room. Will I be staying again? Absolutely. Will I use the pool and spa? Yes, yes I will. I just wish it was a bit cleaner and then it'd be my favorite stay in Upstate."

"The staff was very helpful. Donna ran a very tight ship at breakfast. Breakfast was fine, buffet style with disposable plates. If you are veg or vegan, your options are cereal with almond milk or juice, instant oatmeal, and toast. The attached restaurant does have a whole menu section that's gf and veg. Portion sizes were pretty respectable, though the prices were exactly the same as they'd be in NYC. The room was... fine. It''s very worn, and clean-ish. There was a mystery stain on the bed skirt, but the sheets were clean. Carpet was rough. The bathroom needs real work - missing grout and caulk, loose tiles. Great water pressure, though. We were in town for the Ren Faire - this was a very convenient place to stay. It's only about a 20 minute drive. Plus, it's dog friendly! All in all, a fine option."

"The room was clean and well stocked with utensils and towels. Cleaned the room every other day. Staff were very friendly. Dishwasher was not so good . We didn't use it at all. Not clean or secured under counter. Bathroom door dragged on the floor making it difficult to close and open. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of seating inside or out. I would stay here again for sure. Very convenient, clean and comfortable."

"Though it's situated on the a corner, the traffic did not prevent a good night's sleep. The rooms are small, but the bed was comfy. We enjoyed being able to sit outside on the patio chairs provided. Fine for an overnight stay."

"I was a vendor at the Harbor Fest in Oswego and stayed here for 4 nights. I arrived at 3:00PM and was aware that check in was at 4:00PM, however the gentleman that greeted me, Robert said it was no problem with the early check in. Robert gave me some suggestions on where to get a good meal which was helpful since this was my first time in this town. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and to my surprise did have Roku TV...big plus for me. I have expanded my business into this area and any future overnight stays will definitely be here for myself or any of my staff."
