"While the room itself was acceptable, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron. My primary disappointment was with the jacuzzi, which features prominently in the hotel’s main promotional photo. Unfortunately, the water was ice cold during my stay. When I asked the staff if it could be heated, I was told this wasn’t possible due to lack of sunlight—an explanation that seemed questionable for what should be a controllable amenity."
