Told via email before arrival that need to reserve before, make request, 2 days pass send another email told I need to ask at check in. Ask at check in, please ask tomorrow. "La propiedad es muy limpia, había shampoo y jabón de cuerpo de muy buena calidad. El gimnasio es bastante cómodo y útil, el desayuno estaba bastante completo. La habitación estándar es un poco pequeña comparada con la de otros hoteles, creo que la distribución no ayuda mucho."
