Pros: 1. Good location on relatively quiet green street. 2. Spacious and new unit. 3. Relatively affordable. Cons: 1. Soundproofing is very bad. It feels like there is no walls between units. 2. Door knob was missing in the bathroom (?). 3. Communication was an issue. For some reason I could not respond to the messages from the property manager received trough Expedia.

Property is in an amazing location near everything in Roma and Condesa. My poor rating is mostly because: 1. Unit has no AC and the apartment was unbearable hot ….even with a small fan 2. Unit itself was poorly cleaned. I found soap pods, earrings in carpet, long blonde hair in and all around the bed 3. Check-in was problematic 4. Young man at entrance was sleeping under the desk most afternoons so accessing the building, easily, was problematic because the doorman was unavailable

I enjoyed my stay at Wynwood House Queretaro. I would give it five stars but for two reasons. Be forewarned that this building sways in the breeze -- literally. First, every day there were extended moments where the movement of the building was quite noticeable. The water in the toilet moved back and forth. It was not a series of micro earthquakes. Second, the walls are super thin. I could hear word for word the phone conversations of my neighbor. I know that he had to deal with an overflow of water from the apartment above late at night one of the nights. And that staff came by about 11 am the next morning to check in and help. Not through conversations in the hall; through hearing him explain what happened to a friend on the phone -- all through the wall.

House shakes when big traffic goes by and walls are thin. It was a tad weird but not at all bothersome for us. Room, bathroom, shower, bed, kitchen area etc was all amazing and for the price this is a 5 star.

The ground was shaking all the time.

We were on the 4th floor. The building shaked with every bus, large truck and large vehicles drove by. It was not good, it felt like earthquakes. Street noise was loud.

Hot water did not work, blackout blinds broken and could not open to go out to the patio courtyard. Wall plugs falling out of the wall. Solid location, comfy bed. Pictures much better than in person.

The wifi was broken, no response from the admin. Also there is no AC, but what's worse, the fan was *also* broken. The structure is *very* light, so you can feel a passing bus like a mini earthquake, I would hate to have an actual earthquake there. It's just a small aptartment with an "industrial vibe". No cleaning, just overall subpar. Stay in a Hotel.

No running water!

We booked 5 nights here at the start of our honeymoon. Had to leave by night 4 as there was no running water, the comms with the staff who are not on site was poor, and we couldn’t flush a toilet or wash. We were promised a maintenance person around but that didn’t happen. They were extremely defensive in communication. They offered a measly refund far below the value of one night. The property was clean, however the moment any vehicle passed on the road, the whole apartment shook (it was like an earthquake). This continued every night. We moved together Sheraton - much better. Do that. Don’t waste your time with these jokers.

Great loft space. Nice doormen. Fantastic room and comfortable bed.And I loved the interior design. Unfortunately the communication between the property and Expedia was so poor, that I was contacted by the property and told my card didn’t, have sufficient funds? I never gave them my card? And my card certainly has the fonds!I book through Expedia, so I have the safety, of having settled the bill, before arrival? These properties often has no reception staff, therefore it is highly important, that Expedia and the property management, are in sync. I called Expedia, who was unable to reach the property, but thankfully the management eventually found the glitch, as I had the proof of payment through Expedia, and forwarded it to to them myself. It was definitely a stressful couple of hours, of my vacation, I could have done without. I am not sure, I will come back to this property, because of this mess. I go to CDMX often, and have never experienced anything like, this before. It seemed a bit dodgy. So I highly recommend that you bare the above in mind, when booking this property, through Expedia.
