Overall the stay could have been better. It was disappointing that the rooms had no AC, no fridge or microwave. The scent they used to clean the rooms was so extreme that my partner constantly had headaches. Being there for almost two weeks meant having lots of food and we would’ve preferred to keep some food overnight to eat later, but this was almost impossible because the humidity spoiled everything in a few hours. On the positive side, it was a blessing to get free water bottles in daily cleaning. Juan the Bellhop was the best thing about the hotel. Not only was he extremely kind and professional, he went above and beyond to help us with local sites and restaurants to visit. He is extremely knowledgeable about the local area in La Condesa, Mexico City. Even when I got sick with a stomach infection, he knew exactly where to go to get proper medication. He checked up on us daily and was always a delight to talk to. For that reason, instead of giving the hotel a 1 star, his services bring the overall experience to 3 stars.

Location - 5 stars Service and staff - 5 stars Hotel layout - 1 star The hotel layout is awful, it’s actually an office building converted into a “hotel”. The rooms have no windows, only a small panel next to the front door opens up. The 3rd floor rooms without AC are unbearably hot. There is no noise privacy between floor levels. If anyone is at the beautiful courtyard, you will hear every word they say so bring ear plugs.

Great location and very close to the angel of independence. Also very close to the different parks. A minus is that the rooms are not insulated and we could hear everything from the other rooms and the lobby. Another thing is that the only window in the room is the door (full glass door) so you can either choose between having no daylight, or having full insight into the room. Additionally the breakfast consisted of only four different dishes which was fine since we were only staying three nights, but might get a bit repetitive if staying longer than that.

The hotel is cute, good location. The shower located by the main room door I didn’t like it. The room was very small so if someone is planning on spending time at the room it isnt the best for that then. The staff were really nice, provided a good service.

It is a good value for the price. Location is good with a lot of restaurants in walkable distance. The rooms are too small ans lacking basic ammenities like a desk. The rooms are also very noisy most of the day.

This Hotel was in a great area, a lot of restaurants and shops. The staff was extremely kind. The only thing I did not enjoy was the breakfast, it was too cold and they served very small portions, no variety.
