The property itself is excellent. The layout for the restroom and shower could be improved but the room and hotel have everything you need. The area is nice for nightlife, food, street vendors and amazing photos near the Angel de La Independencia, everything is walkable. If you are sober, know that music will go on all night until approximately 6am. Traffic from the airport was 1.5 hours one day.

My room was over a parking garage so noisy and the bathroom needs updating in the shower and the sink had no hot water . No lights on one side of the room at all .. no electrical plugs … just two And the breakfast wasn’t good

Nice place to stay if you’re here on business. The downtown area is like New York City. Noisy lots of bars. The room is very small but equipped. The breakfast was excellent! Capuchino machine in breakfast area and very clean with great options. If you have the time and the resources buy the breakfast package you won’t regret it. Also watch your wallet and don’t look at your expensive IPhone on the street. There are many pickpockets and people that will swipe your phone given the opportunity. Also don’t wear gold necklaces on the street because people on motorcycles will rip them off your neck.

Location is great

The location was accessible to many areas it felt very central. The hotel was good overall no frills type of accomodation , the breakfast was a bit repetitive the hard boiled eggs over boiled the pastries a bit stale ( day old ).the waffle maker was my highlight and fresh fruit . I wouldn’t book this hotel for breakfast or amenities , but location. I am All accor member but failed to recognize my status because I booked with hotels.com. Couldn’t get late checkout because of where I booked . I feel if your a client who booked regardless of what website if they are part of loyalty program should be treated with appreciation and small gestures that extend or be lenient since they are still booking with hotel chain . I understand not being able to extend point but would love to be able to maintain status. Not a hotel thing more of a loyalty dissapointment that could have made my stay good to great .

Buena ubicación, muy conveniente, te queda cerca todo. El único detalle que le veo, es el baño, en lugar de pared, es de cristales y tenía filtraciones la regadera por la parte de las uniones de los cristales, también, por la parte de la caja de la tasa del baño.
Las paredes del baño son de cristales, tiene pegado un engomado rojo y se ve la sombra de quien esté adentro.
