HORRIBLE!!! My room was directly over a nightclub the played music so loud it shook my windows until 5am!!!!! I had zero sleep! Staff was rude! and unhelpful. My key didn't work 50% of the time so I had to walk back down almost every time I went to my room to get them to reprogram my key! They would only leave half of a toilet paper roll with no reserve so we ran out of toilet paper every day! DO NOT ReCOMMEND!

No probé el desayuno, la habitación muy sencilla, para solo pasar la noche está decente pero escuchaba lo que hacían en la otra habitación (no lo diré pero se lo imaginan) y la cama muy dura

EL HOTEL EN GENERAL BIEN, HABITACIÓN AMPLIA, COMODA, LIMPIA, EL BAÑO IGUAL MUY GRANDE, CAMAS COMODAS. PERO LA RECEPCIÓN TARDÓ MUCHO PORQUE SEGUN NO TENIAN RELACIÓN DE LAS RESERVACIONES DE EXPEDIA, ME HICIERON ESPERAR MÁS DE 15 MINUTOS, ME DIERON UNA HABITACIÓN EN DONDE YA HABIA PERSONAS DURMIENDO. YA QUE LLEGUE A LA MEDIA NOCHE. FUE MUY INCOMODO Y MOLESTO PORQUE MI HIJO ENTRÓ POR DELANTE. LA RECEPCIONISTA FUE UN POCO MALENCARADA Y NI SIQUIERA PIDIO DISCULPA POR LO SUCEDIDO.

No me gustó que el baño el agua caliente no llegaba bien en algunos horarios, el lugar de bañarse el agua no salía por el desagües y había que bañarse dentro del agua

Habitacion limpia, la zona no es muy segura para caminar pero el hotel se siente seguro. Algo antiguas las instalaciones pero son suficientes para viajes cortos. Esta cerca del periferico por lo que hay ruido desde temprano

Por donde empezar, recepcionista 0 amable, despues no nos dejaron control de la televisión, marcamos y que no tenia que me esperara al dia siguiente y obvio no lo dejaron. Los baños pocas amenidades solo nos dieron 1 jabon y 2 cremas para manos , despues pedios y nos dieron 1 shampoo, no dejaron tapete de baño, las cortinas de la regadera de veian sucias. La noche es de aprox 960 pesos no esperes mucho, el servicio de meseros es lo unico que vale la pena y el restaurante. Recomendación busquen otra opción, no volvería jamas.
