El lugar y el ambiente es muy agradable. Solo dos problemas: la habitación tenía un ligero olor a humedad y cuando hice mi reservación por la app al llegar al hotel no tenían ellos la reservación aunque en la app si aparecía .

Por error pence q era hotel familiar y resulto q no 😔 ya llegamos tarde no avia opción no qdamos no pudimos descansar demasiado Ruidos los limpia agrandes platicas con sus carcajadas y musica carros pitando amedia madruga imposible descansar. Colchones tipo piedras. Justo ese dia no tenian alimentos moriamos de ambre. En fin me equivoque de hotel. Fue mi error

solicite un cambio de habitación por que el olor a cigarro era muy fuerte y la limpieza no era buena hasta vidrios rotos habia, me extraño por que no es la primera vez que ocupo este lugar pero lo que me causo molestia fue la indiferencia de la recepcionista

Pesimo

La vdd me lo.magine mejor, las habitaciónes super chiquitas, no tenian escritorio y yo tenia q trabajar, lo cual no pude hacer, las almohadas parecen bolas metidas en una funda, la cama es una base con una colchoneta arriba, y solo voltean al edredon no lo cambian, los domingos no hacen limpieza y a nadie le avisan. Mi vuelo llego temprano y no hacen nada x ayudarte para entregar la habitacion hasta despues de las 3pm, cero servicio de amabilidad, comprension. La vdd el hotel no es bonito hay otros mejores alrededor.
