Hotel is very clean...friendly staff..need to fix the shower doors on some rooms and provide toileitries on a daily basis.property is in the heartvof plaza garibaldi....the capital of mariachi end mexican food

No a/c or fan available at all some of the staff w a s rude. Specially when ask for something, any question had the same answer not sure or i dont know and it seems you were a bother when asking for anything. It was disappointing to say the least.

Garibaldi MX

Overall service was great with no issues. The building does have wear and tear but considering the price and the location it was well—just minor domestic things. The only issue was with the liquid soap dispenser but I also didn't insist on getting it fixed as I used another hand soap. I brought my shampoo but the hotel did not provide it with conditioner. The front desk is very attentive and friendly. I would book again : )

The hotel was a good stay relative to the price I paid. Nothing luxurious, but clean and safe. There was no breakfast available. And heads up, don’t get a balcony room unless you like hearing Mariachi music very late at night playing outside. Not blaming this on the hotel. It’s just the neighborhood your in.
