I will recommend Hotel Itto.

The stay was very good, very simple and clean room. Check in was great, very friendly staff and good instructions. Probably rooms need AC pero eso seria un extra.

A very nice vegan restaurant is right around the corner. A supermarket around the other corner and easy walk to the heart of Condesa. A communal area at the hotel was quiet for writing in my travel journal.

Very cute decore! All the basics you need if you plan to spend most of your time exploring the city. The breakfast place that is included is superb, we ate there everyday! It is a little close to the highway which can be noisy but we slept with the window closed in November which was fine.

Like always when you arrive pictures depicted something different. Good location, rooms are on the smaller side (although had everything that we needed). No elevator (we stayed on the third floor) No A/C (luckily weather was nice)

The room was small but it was a cute, dainty living space. I wish that the bathroom has a sink in it rather than having them separate. The breakfast was amazing at Clara y Ema. The papaya bowl was scrumptious (a must try but not included in the breakfast). It was very close to parque chapultepec. It was a nice walk to Roma Sur, Roma Norte, parque Rio de janiero, parque España, parque Mexico, etc. Overall I would recommend Hotel Itto Condesa to travellers.

The place is nice...there is no reception and no staff they just provide a code to enter and keys..the location is convenient..the only complain I have is the noise from the street. The windows are definetly not sound proof and there were noises all night long. If you stay here make sure they don't give you a room on the street

Overall, this hotel is in need of hospitality improvements. The room was very a clean and decorated simple but stylish. If you are in the street, you better have earplugs. My check-in was awkward and my Tv wasn’t working. When I mentioned it to the property, I got no reply. Mentioned it again the following day and the reply was simply “staff is gone” The host and or owner don’t really seem to care if you enjoy your stay.

Nice hotel in a good safe area. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Staff super helpful and friendly. Breakfast is provided from the coffee shop next door. Very good breakfast sandwich with your choice of coffee and orange juice. Also great service and good food. I would recommend this place for sure.

I loved this quiet sheik lil spot. When I come back I will def stay here again. It’s in La Condesa in a good neighborhood to walk to local shops, bars and restaurants. It’s very clean and quiet with secure entrance. The free Breakfast at the cafe attached is awesome too! & The taco spot on the corner, Naco Taco I think it’s called, AMAZING!!

The news was not the most comfortable but was okay, I wish I had a least a fan because the weather was very hot and opening windows was not an option due to mosquitos. I like the fact that they will give you water and beverages everyday and breakfast was very delicious!
