The staff was great. The bedding was good. The shower floor might have been clean but didn’t look like it as it needs to be replaced. We like the location although quite noisy - not the hotel’s fault but guests might need warning.
Had to make a quick two day trip to CDMX and I chose Casa Nuevo León due to its location. All I will say is I wish I could’ve stayed longer!
Staff is beyond friendly and it’s conveniently attached to one of my favorite restaurants in Condesa.
Definitely coming back for some vacations. I highly recommend!
We had the top corner room and liked how spacious the room and bathroom felt. Great location with some street noise but it did not bother us. Wonderful terrace above and a great coffee shop in the building.
The location is excellent and easy for walking to good restaurants, bars and various other conveniences. My room was spotless and well appointed. As a person who has traveled a good amount, the most exceptional aspect of La Casa Nuevo León are the Staff all of whom were patient, gracious, very helpful and always quick with a smile.

Was ok
Nice staff and location but some of the cons: bed comfort, shower leaking, no milk/sugar for coffee and card continuously being deactivated. I also find it a bit ridiculous that they provide one card which can be used for the elevator, but the second not. Why?
everything was good from cleanness, to a lot of restaurants to pick from around the area and friendly staff. i would give it a 5 but i will admit the downstairs bar at night does have the music too loud to the point it vibrates… it can make it hard to sleep if you’re a light sleeper. music doesn’t go off till 2 am.
we let the staff know if there’s anyway they can lower it after midnight but was told that they’ve received complaints before and told the owner about it but owner doesn’t seem to care much about the guests’ feedback in regards of the loud music so that was upsetting.
We had a large group traveling together for a wedding, and this was the perfect place for our trip. We enjoyed the central location, rooftop for gathering, café below, and most of all the incredible and friendly staff! It was great value and had a fun energy.

Good hotel. Noisy in the rooms as there’s no insolation so the noise travels
great location with all conveniences. very clean. someone always present. Perfect for short stay. Only negative is bar next door which is quite noisy on fri and sat nights.
Omar was amazing, and so responsive. He helped us to get reservations, arrange transportation, laundry, etc. we loved our room and the amazing bath. It was a little noisy but we expected that, as we were right off a major street.

Location!
The staff was excellent at helping me in the early morning cancel a hotair ballon ride.
The rooms could use sprucing up...
Great location but either a/c or a ceiling fan would have been good.
