I like the neighborhood and the place, the only thing I didn't like was the bed, was a bit uncomfortable, for 1 or 2 nights it's ok also reasonable with the price

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Staff gave me an excellent recommendation on where to get a massage at Manthra Day Spa, located within Casa del Cine, just around the corner. Then I enjoyed a fine meal in the upscale restaurant located within Hotel Punto MX nearby. Great location, and I enjoyed their free library.
Stay was ok...it was my first time staying with 7 other young kids in the same room. I made friends...But i would not stay there again only because its a bunch of young kids that are going in and out of room all night disturbing your sleep...
Dirty, rooms partly without windows but with horrible lightibg,no toilet paper, nothing for young travellers as most of the guest are erderly men and families. Was happy to be gone.

Everything was average there is possibility of upgradation aswell
I made a reservation to only sleep 4 hours, I arrived at 4:30 am and I wanted to stay until 9:00 am. The people at the reception only accepted cash for the reservation and I did not have any, because of that I booked online through Expedia and when I showed them the reservation they told me that they could not let me in because check-in was until 3:00pm
I did not like it that the expedia page for Hostel Amigos had that private-looking room with beds and that after paying and receiving the affirmation if one scrolls down a four-bed (two bunkbeds) dormitory was described. I was not happy. Last night was very bad as two more women had come in and the one above me found all kinds of things to do and noise to make throughout the night.
Before I even arrived they cancelled my first reservation due to a problem with my card and when I rebooked they charged be double. When we arrived they almost couldn’t find our reservation at all and when my friend joined us two days later they told her there was no rooms even tho she also had a reservation. They simply couldn’t find it. Finally they put her into a room. Me and my other friend who were travelling together were put into a “mixed dorm” that was all men except for us who kept the door open all night long and would come and go all night turning the lights on and off while I slept. When I complained they changed our room and put us in the same room as my third friend which was fine. Also our first room had no windows. On our last night at the hostel there were two beds left in our dorm and the front desk man came In while we were all in bed with the lights out. He turned the lights on and tried to find beds for the three new people but they didn’t exist. They are poorly organized and it’s not a very social hostel…good showers tho…
