This is an excellent place to stay in Mexico City. Walking distance to parks, restaurants, shopping, etc. Staff are friendly, helpful and available. The Terrace on the roof is a wonderful play ce to replace, even in the evenings after a day out in the city.

There are no king sized beds in any room in this hotel. Other than that, it was just fine, and matched the price well. I would stay again.

Parking in the area is almost impossible for the people who brought and picked me up. The Suite’s code was wrong and I had to call to get it correct. The rest was ok. I am trying to contact the operator for an invoice.

Es un poco incomodo que las habitaciones no cuenten con aire acondicionado siento que son casi totalmente cerradas. Se me proporciono 1 ventilador y un cooler pero las aspas estaban sucias. La ventana que tienen es muy pequeña y en la habitacion que me quede da al lobby, en la noche no apagan la luz y entra por esa ventana. Las toallas estan percudidas. Las sabanas estaban manchadas y la sabana rota. Son pequeños detalles que hacen la diferencia.

La habitación limpia, solo que en los tres dias que estuve nunca hicieron el aseo y menos poner por lo menos otro rollo de papel, muy mal servicio por esa parte, tuve que comprar el rollo de papel. Tampoco cambiaron las toallas ni hicieron la cama. Menos barrer o algo asi. Según en su reglamento mencionan que despues de las 10pm hay multa si hay ruido, y a nosotros se nos fueron a instalar afuera las dos noches, unos tipos a platicar hasta las 2 de la mañana... y la multa? Y respetar el reglamento? Que los de recepción no estaban al pendiente del ruido?
