Nice renovated room in an older building, so no elevator. But over all it was a nice hotel. The employees were polite and friendly. Transportation options are just downstairs but close enough to walk to Reforma avenue and its many entertainment and shopping options. I would definitely stay here again if available.

Mixed bag. If you're wondering why DFeños are up in arms about gentrification, this is one example. What was probably housing for low-income people (studio apartments) is now trying to be a luxury hotel. I wish Hotels.com was up front that this is NOT a hotel. The gentleman who greeted me when I arrived was FANTASTIC, as were the cleaning staff. Professional, friendly, flexible. The young woman who staffed the reception afternoon and evening, not so much. The room was nice, but there was a dangerous broken floorboard they had thrown a rug over, actually making it more dangerous, and the bathroom is tiny without room and any toiletries. Good mattress.

I liked that this property is closed to many main attractions, plaza to dance, library and registro civil if you need to fix something there. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wish they had a water dispenser with hot water at the lobby to make coffee, tea or some noodles

La habitación tal cual en las fotos, todo excelente en cuanto al mantenimiento del cuarto. Su cercanía a varias estaciones del metrobus y metro son una joyita. A pesar de no contar con AC el ventilador de la habitación fue suficiente. Los chicos de recepción muy atentos y amables, definitivamente voy a volver a hospedarme aquí

Realmente recibes lo que pagas, y en si la propiedad es muy bonita y tiene excelente ubicación, el problema es que, en mi caso, me han dado primer piso y el ruido era demasiado alto, se escuchaba todo y cada persona que subía la escalera, además del ruido externo. La cama fue agradable, aunque no se cuenta con AC, creo que te pueden proveer de un ventilador si lo pides, aunque no fue necesario en mi caso pues mi estancia fue corta y la noche fresca.

Consideró que las cajas de texto que se brinda directamente al cliente debería ser con un tamaño un poco mas grande ya que no es tan visible, sin embargo la ubicación y las instalaciones son totalmente cómodas. Súper recomendable y volvería nuevamente!
