We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious, and it was nice and quiet. Room service was excellent, and I was able to book a same-day facial appointment. While the pool area could use some cosmetic updates, it didn’t affect how much we enjoyed our stay. The Jamaica margaritas were absolutely delicious.

This hotel was perfect for a nice, quiet getaway. The breakfast buffet was fully loaded, and for those who want it, the bathroom has a full-sized bath tub. I had a really great experience.

Clean room. No fridge - just a space in a cupboard for a fridge ;-) made me smile. I reported that the room had no hot water (e.g. to shower) and the hotel fixed the problem within a few hours. I appreciate that. The food was good. Air conditioning only cooled the room - no heat. This was a little disappointing, but the pool was warm enough to enjoy for half an hour. Overall, fair value for money. Location was good.

Staff friendly, good location. Hot water takes Mom to come on, and does not get very hot, only two towels were given to our room for four guest. Every day. We had to ask for additional towels. There were no towels in the swimming area, and no explanation of how to get them. The food in the hotel was extremely expensive, compared to local fair out around the hotel. I recommend that you do not eat or drink anything in the hotel due to this. If you stay near the elevators, you will hear a very loud rumbling all day and all night.

The room was clean. Reception was great Denis and Andy were great. I will definitely come back to this hotel. The only issue I had was with the restaurant service. It was bad. I understand that it’s a busy place, but the waitress never came over to take our food order, so we paid for our drinks, and left.

The staff is rude, the alarm in the room didn’t work and trigger in the night and 8 am when my kids were sleeping, they tried to get in at that time to work on that and at the check out they tried to charge us 350 usd saying we smoke in the room, definitely the worst scam hotel
