Just for sleeping is ok

If you like industrial decoration, with a magnificent housekeeping and room service, with a dining room in the same decorative line as the rest that has a small fridge and a microwave where you can bring food, a small room with space for a king size bed and a clothes rack, with no window (only in the bathroom and you can't open it more than a little), this is your hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and staff was wonderful. Only piece of feedback were that the shower was either too hot or too cold, but everything else was outstanding, highly recommend!!!

Our vacation to Mexico City was even better because of our stay at Don Jacinto. We enjoyed the open layout, cleanliness and easy check in and out service the most. The location is perfect walking distance to many attractions and bus terminals Incase you want to explore further. Would definitely recommend to stay in this well maintained convenient space!

My boyfriend and I just had a wonderful stay at this cute little trendy hotel. We stayed in the comfort room and it was so comfortable! There were nice little touches like water, candy, and bathrobes. The staff was really nice, too. Muchas gracias por todo, todo estuvo muy chido !!

Really good location, many restaurantes around and coffee shows. Is clean the People who works there are really nice and always available. But the weather was really hot and the room do Not have air conditionair and also the hot water is impossible is a really old machine.

A cute, hip hotel in a nice area. Staff is very helpful. Unfortunately we had to work and the room and hotel are really not equipped for this. Room also let in far too much artificial light making it difficult to sleep.

When in Mexico City…

Our host was lovely and so responsive to any questions we had. She greeted us with a bottle of wine and a list of recommendations. The beds were so comfortable, crisp and clean. This is a LARGE apartment-no laundry and the lighting in the kitchen not great. But it worked well for our family of six. Accessible neighborhood and lots of beautiful cafes and restaurants nearby.

The Tina apartment is in a nice area of Condesa that is near some good dining options and a short walk to Chapultapec Park, but isn't far from the noisier and more populated area of Condesa. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. All English-language communication is through Whats App and I think any requests would have been answered in a timely manner if we had tried. I wish the apartment had more written instructions.

Ticks all the boxes

WOW! Its so obvious the owners / management have travelled a lot themselves. As an avid traveler it is very rare to find a room that ticks all the boxes. The room I stayed in had all. Room to put down your suitcase; ironing a shirt, no problem; coffee, tea; etc etc. Very very detailed. First contact was smooth. And impressive communication before, during and after stay. On top of this, location is just 10 star. Subway close, supermarket close, restaurants and parks close. Aaah, and on top of all the property is just beautiful. I will be back. Highly reomendable.

Beautiful, but bedbugs

We were excited to stay at Don Jacinto, and our check-in was great. The room was beautiful. But unfortunately, we woke up in the middle of the night covered in bedbugs. The host said they had bedbug issues in that room before, with an infestation in the headboard, but that they had it fumigated. Why they didn't just get rid of the headboard, I don't know. Anyway we had to change hotels in the middle of the night. Don Jacinto immediately gave us a full refund and was very professional. Maybe just double check the bed in the Tano room if you stay.

The hotel is really well located and we loved the neighborhood. The decor is great, but our room, Lupita, was very dark during the night, as there isn't enough lighting, and too bright in the morning, as there were no curtains to block the sunlight. The bed was comfortable and the coffee facilities were good. The staff were friendly, but there is no reception, so it was frustrating to have to message all the time to arrange arrival and e.g. leave luggage. Our terrace area was really dirty, and there was soot all over the chairs. We were sent some useful information, but the brochure sent was half finished, with lots of incorrect information and place holders. I think this place has lots of potential, but we would perhaps not repeat our stay here.
