"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly. The buffet breakfast was really good. There was a good selection of continental breakfast too which we liked with plenty of pastries, fruit, granola, juices etc. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely added bonus as we were visiting after getting married . Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay here again (maybe for our wedding anniversary!)"
"We booked a double room and it was massive! It was an accessible room (we didn’t ask for this) so if you’re in need of one I would highly recommend it, there was lots of room to move about. The room itself was spotless and has everything we needed. Would definitely stay again"

"Checked in for overnight stay for a wedding. When I checked in I paid for the room got my key. I was then told oh the floor you are on has some heating issues but there’s heaters in the room. I was ok with that. When I got to my room which was very me no heater, I rang down to reception they were very polite and said well sort it straight away within 5 minutes a lady was there with a good sized oil filled heater . My room was cozy and warm and smelt amazing . Breakfast was amazing too staff amazingly polite. Definitely stay again ."
"We had a 2 night stay at the Sheffield Novotel and really enjoyed our stay. Staff were helpful, room was clean and large. We accidentally booked an accessible room so the shower was not positioned as it would be in a regular room.
We had breakfast one morning and the lady in charge helped me with the gluten free items. We used the pool and steam room for an hour during our stay which was a pleasant addition. The hotel is literally at the back of the Wingter gardens so we could easily access the city centre. It is also a very short walk from the railway station too."
