"The property is fabulous! I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff is friendly and courteous. The only issue I had at all was the Timeliness of the Service. That said, I am from Houston, Texas and we move very quickly. So, as long as you have all the time in the world, the service is great! Die Balkontür ließ sich nicht sicher verschließen, zum Fernseher fehlte die Fernbedienung und im Bad gab es kein Licht. Diese Qualität ist den Preis von 60 € pro Nacht nicht wert. "All ok but the internet was so slow that even downloading emails was a challenge. Basically non-existne,t and not just for a day but in general. This really made my stay painful. Please change it before I ever come back, the location is very convenient for me."

"For starters, the staff here are excellent. And the hotel is kept quite clean. There are other inconsistencies, however. If you need wifi in your room, it is hit and miss for no apparent reason. For emergencies, there is always wifi in the reception area. I was there for 3 nights. I had hot water for two mornings but not the third. You have to run the shower for some time.
