The staff made our stay really special, greeting us each day and making sure we didn't want for anything. The photographs on hotel website are a true reflection of the hotel rooms. Modern, clean, calm and stylish. The heated pool and private balcony were so relaxing to use in the mornings and evenings. Choose your breakfast the day before and it will be brought to your room to enjoy on the balcony. Beautiful staff and a hotel.

Most incredible stay! We came for our honeymoon and were blown away by the hotel. The package we got with the wellness area was amazing, breakfast was wonderful and the staff were extremely professional and attentive. We travelled to a few places and this hotel was our favourite. I will say that the location is a fair bit of effort to get to Sorrento but it was great if you want to stay in the area and are happy to travel in.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Laqua. Luigi is the star of Laqua, ensuring that breakfast was delivered timely and going above and beyond to make sure that guests were taken care of during the entire stay. Laqua provides a warm and enjoyable boutique hotel experience and the views of the coastline, with access to the hot tub just outside the room, makes for an unforgettable experience.

The service in this hotel was so outstanding that it made the whole trip. The rooms are very spacious and they have a cool vibe. The patio with the pool/jacuzzi (not hot but nice) is such a beautiful place to enjoy down time and a stunning view. The breakfast was good. The wellness center was not as expected. It was only a sauna and a hot tub that was not nearly hot enough. I didn’t use the spa services but my friends had massages that they enjoyed. Only thing I could point out is that the bathroom design could be better. There needed more hooks for towels in the bathroom and by the pool. They needed more counter space by the sink. There is no privacy for the shower. It is also about 15 minutes to Sorrento Center so we needed to take a taxi and they are not cheap.

We definitely saved the best for last! We were so smart to book this place at the end of our trip so we could thoroughly relax before getting back on the airplane. It was the PERFECT way to end our Italy vacation! The setup of our room was ridiculously amazing! We had our own hot tub with an incredible view of the ocean, and it was absolutely beautiful. The bed was so comfortable—soft and plush—and the shower with the beautiful wood floor was perfect. Everything was exceptionally clean. I also loved the thick, cozy robes and the flip-flops provided in the room. We discovered the colorful lights in our room that we could play with at night. Such a fun little touch! The complimentary spa area was absolutely wonderful. The sauna, hot tub, and chromotherapy shower were so relaxing. And the saltwater hot tub left our skin feeling incredibly soft. Every detail seemed designed to help you unwind. I honestly wish I could give this place 10 stars! The staff deserve 10 stars as well. I was in constant communication with them, and no matter what question I had or what we needed, they were always ready to help—with a smile! They were incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive. They truly made sure our stay was comfortable and that every need was taken care of. And the breakfast! It was delivered right to our room on the cutest little tray, and everything was delicious. We only stayed one night, and honestly, our biggest complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer!

We had a wonderful stay at this place and will definetely come back! Everything was perfect… The view from the room was spectacular, the SPA was relaxing and the breakfast was wonderful! Poteva andare meglio

Inizialmente molto gradevole, poi i problemi sono nati una volta scesi in piscina all'esterno del balconcino della stanza, purtroppo oltre al fatto di essere molto gelida l'acqua, c'era una immensa quantità di cloro che era impraticabile fare il bagno per colpa del bruciore sia al corpo che agli occhi. Purtroppo rimaniamo delusi perché come il buon Antonino Cannavacciuolo ci insegna se la pasta è salata ci sta poco da fare va rifatta, in quel caso l'acqua della piscina andava cambiata e riscaldata.

Booked 3 rooms for a few nights. Free spa once per stay doesn't include massage. During check in they asked us to pick which massage we wanted. We thought that this was included in the "Free spa," however they ended up charging us at the end of the stay. They didn't inform this to us when they asked us to pick the massage.

It was very hard to find the entrance. It’d be better to change the sign bigger. Also, parking lot is not in the building. Quite far away from the hotel. The pool in your room is room temperature, which means you can’t use it from October because it’s too cold to get in the water. Should’ve been noted on the website.
