After a long day on trains and ferries, in hot waiting rooms and dragging luggage up hills, it was a total RELIEF to be in a beautiful, elegant, well air conditioned hotel suite. Traveling w/an adult son, it was terrific to give him a bit of privacy bec the room had a clever wall, dividing the main bedroom from a sitting area where the twin bed was located. Huge bathroom, classic balconies, on a quiet square. Great place w/American hotel standards but Italian class and charm.

Everything was 5 star except for the internet. Could not stay connected. The connection in main lobby did not work either.

No wifi in our Royal/King Suite (we selected the best room on their hotels.com listing). Only working wifi was in their lobby (i took my tablet and cell phone to lobby and confirmed wifi worked there). Cannot recommend any hotel with no working wifi in a room I am paying for. We left the next morning and hotel would not credit our account for nights we were not there. They grossly misrepresent wifi on hotels.com. Also, they misrepresent parking as secured covered valet parking on-site; they have zero/no parking. Also, they misrepresent buffet breakfast for a fee served daily; they have zero/no available breakfast.
