Ce B&B se loge au troisième étage d’un immeuble d’appartement situé sur une artère très passante de la ville à deux pas du ferry qui amène les passagers en provenance de la terre ferme. Disons tout de suite que pour des touristes en voiture le stationnement que nous attendions était en fait le stationnement dans la rue, ce qui est en soi un défi pour qui connaît le moindrement la difficulté extrême pour les habitants de trouver un stationnement, surtout dans une ville que l’on ne connaît pas. L’immeuble se trouve dans un endroit éloigné de tout resto véritable, sauf un commerce en face de l’établissement oû on trouve un excellent café et une bonne pâtisserie. On peut y trouver des mets italiens de type « fast-food ». C’est là que l’on prend le « breakfast » qui se limite à un café, à une pâtisserie style croissant et un verre d’eau. Les propriétaires furent d’un abord agréable mais entre 20h00 et 22h00, nous avons dû subir le bruit constant venant du vestibule qui sert aussi de bureau pour la gestion. Et qui est contigü à notre chambre. Le propriétaire avait choisi ce temps-là pour se mettre à jour dans sa gestion ce qui nous a valu, entre autres bruits de fonds, ceux du papier froissé et de l’agraffeuse. C’est finalement à notre demande que le bruit a cessé. Donc emplacement décevant et manque de discrétion du propriétaire.
