"The residence itself was fantastic. We could not fault the apartment or the swimming pool area which was great - the pool was a good size and everything was very clean. Two negatives - firstly if you could move it about 2km towards the town of Sant’Agata di Militello then you could easily reach the bars and restaurants. "Die Lage ist sehr gut, besonders der Meerblick von der großen Terrasse. Die Wohnung würde ich trotzdem nicht noch einmal mieten. Das Haus ist ungepflegt und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung mit alten Möbeln hat auf den 1. Blick Charme, aber es ist vieles kaputt und nicht funktional. Das Bett ist eine Katastrophe, ein altes wackeliges Gestell mi einer durchhängenden Matratze."

Man muss also ein Auto haben,sich gut auskennen um an einen Badeabschnitt am Meer zu kommen. - Pool wie in der Beschreibung zwar vorhanden aber ohne Wasser und man sieht schon lange nicht mehr benutzt - Stromkosten sind fast doppelt wie normal in der Gegend - Besitzer geht davon aus das man den kompletten Müll beim Auszug entsorgt. "L'appartamento in se non è male, ansi è carino. perfetto se non fosse ad un 4° piano senza ascensore. ( cosa non descritta nell'annuncio.) si era descritta l'offerta del WI-FI che non cera al nostro arrivo. e stato messo dopo 48 ore a seguito di richieste. Oltre ai problemi d'acqua nel comune di Capo d'orlando la pressione d'acqua e bassa al 4 piano. ce una pompa che bisogna accendere ma non sempre ce acqua, mostruoso!!!
