"Workers were kind and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The surroundings were amazing, and while there was not night life, they included a pizza and bottle of wine for dinner! I'd definitely stay here again. It was beautiful, tucked near Mountain View's, with a room that had 'old-world' charm. "
"This hotel is right on the sea so I would recommend taking a sea view room. They have big suits that are very spacious. We took the best room comprised of a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, living room, and media room. All of those were a decent size so it felt like living in your apartment. The balcony was massive with nice furniture as well.

"Right on the beach! Location close to Montalbano's house and the restaurant he ate at in the tv show. Lovely restaurants by the sea nearby (by the Montalbano house), it's a 25 min walk. The breakfast is very simple"

"Our family of four loved staying here. Maurizio and his staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The home cooked traditional meals were delicious, our rooms were immaculate, the views were amazing and we really enjoyed the peace and tranquility. The large, clean pool was fabulous after active days visiting the Etna region. We went out in the local town for dinner once and can really recommend it. Thank you!"
"This property was pretty much what we expected. It was very difficult to find, though, as both Apple Maps and Google Maps have imprecise locations. Also, the signage for the hotel does not match the name on Expedia. Look for PowerGym, and you will find it much easier. Staff was very helpful and accommodating."

"Stylishly and comfortably appointed, this gem of a stay had a quiet sophistication and world-class service excellence. The view off the pool overlooking one of the extinct volcanoes of centuries past was breathtaking. Every bit of landscaping was manicured beautifully. An invitation to instant relaxation! "I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. The lady at the reception on 23rd around 13:30 while speaking to me in between exchanged words in her language with her staff member and both laughed and passed weird expressions which is very unprofessional and insulting to do to your guests. We went into the room noticed even the basic things are not in the room for a 4 star hotel. Only 2 water bottles in the fridge no kettle no tea bags no iron, Broken cupboards, Ants in the balcony, broken hair dryer, noisy Bed We asked them for extra towels 3 times finally had to get down and ask for 4 time.The AC was blowing air not cooling the room due to this my 1 year old got unwell and had temperature. I requested to make the AC work nothing changed. We went to speak at the reception and when we mentioned our baby is unwell they laughed at us at this moment we realised its a very unsafe place to stay.extremely rude and unprofessional staff worst hotel experience of my life.I had to leave the hotel and make another booking at a different place."
