"Great stay in Hampton Bays! The location was amazing - right on the beach and very close to town and shops. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and I especially appreciated all of the beach and water supplies (chairs, umbrella, kayaks). Brian was very communicative and thorough with instructions throughout our stay, even providing recommendations for the area. The only thing I wish I had known was that the wall between the bedroom and living room has a window/open space in it, so it doesn't allow for a completely private bedroom. It wasn't a big deal for us, but something worth mentioning. Overall a great stay and we would definitely stay again!"
