Great Hideaway

The property is perfect for large group gatherings, whether for one night or two weeks. It offers plenty of sleep choices a large kitchen and three bathrooms. The patio is covered and has a grill. There is a pond, and fishing equipment and a paddle boat are available. The place is in close proximity to Port Canaveral and the Space Center. I hope to come back to explore the area.I also appreciate all the assistance the owner provider to this 1st time VRBO guest.

Cocoa Beach stay

This property was great!! The kids loved the kayaks and had a wonderful time exploring the property. It was spotless and was perfect for our large group. There was privacy among the groups as well. We had three families with young children and we couldn't have found anything that fit better. We would love to come again!!

Stay before cruise!

Overall it was a great place for our family of 12 to stay before boarding our cruise. We also enjoyed the Gator 🐊 in the pond that we named Spikey lol and all the other wildlife that came to visit the pond. Very peaceful and quiet place. Enjoyed the grill and time spent with family. Do bring bug spray if you plan to enjoy the outdoor seating in the evening because you are in Florida and near water so mosquitoes will be a bother!

Interesting home

The home had a very interesting layout and was perfect for the three families we had staying there. Each had their own space. The alligator in the pond was a little unnerving but he stayed in his space and we stayed in ours. The putt-putt setup around the back was a nice touch. The location felt very secluded (which is a plus for me) but was within minutes of anything we needed or wanted. We stayed here one night before boarding our cruise the next day. It had everything we needed.

Disappointed and Duped

I read the reviews for this property and decided to book. I now realize the reviews had a totally different experience and must of stayed somewhere different. We experienced multiple issues with this property. Upon arrival I had a difficult time getting the code for the door. The trash outside was also really full and reeked. These were the smaller cans that should have been emptied into the the larger cans that were away from the property. But instead we had to smell this old garbage. There were 2 structures. Both structures were equally disappointing. The first building had 1 bedroom. The fridge needs a serious cleaning. Old ketchup bottle with spilled liquids inside. The towels were raggedy. Lots of gnats inside. It just felt really dirty. The bigger structure basically was the same issue. Everything just felt dirty and dingy. Furniture was stained. tje bedsheets were very thin, wrinkled and pilled. The cookware was terribly scratched with chipped teflon, which is harmful to ingest the particles. Gas grill didn't appear to work. There were no instructions on how to operate outside appliances. There was gunk on it from previous uses. The place was a bust.

Let’s split up

The house is not just one house. There sections to the house, which is good of you want to be separated from your party, but not so good if you don’t. The description should have been more detailed and the grass should have been cut.

There was cobwebs in all rooms Hot tub didn’t work Floors were very dirty No screens in the doors Got tons of bug bites pray to hot they aren’t bed bugs The little suite smelled like mildew all through Bbq was very dirty we bought stuff to clean it Chairs in kitchen we’re almost broke very loose Scuffs all over the walls No batteries in any of the remotes for tv Food left in fridge from previous guest so fridge not clean Needs a little tlc

Perfect place before a Cruise

Perfect for our one night before a Cruise. 45 min from mco and 15 from Port Canaveral. Drive way is tricky to find but we had no issues

The property was nice for a one night stay before our family cruise. The amout of space was decent. The main house was 3 bedrooms which was spacious. The 2nd building was basically 1 room because the other room was not attached indoors so nobody slept in there because if they needed to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night they would be walking outside to get inside the main house. The house was very dirty. Urine was in both toilets which confirmed the house was not cleaned before my.arrival. The previous guess left socks on the floor. We washed the towels because they looked dirty.

Wonderful Place

My husband and I weren’t able to stay because he was hospitalized for 72 days but our friends stayed instead. There was only 4 adults and one 8 year old child. We all stayed last year in November and enjoyed . They said everything was great.

Great stay for a big family!

This property was very clean but it is off the beaten path. There should be signs along the road that explains where to go. Also, the house is split up. There is one half that is an apartment like structure with a kitchenette, bathroom, king bedroom and a small living area. Then on the other side of the apartment- on the OUTSIDE there is a room with a day bed only. Then the main part of the house has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and a living area. This place would be good for large groups. The pond is beautiful and the outside area is nice. It was very clean and had plenty of blankets and towels. Property manager was very nice and great to work with!

Beautiful Property

The property grounds were amazing... House was clean and adequate for our stay. The only issue we had was that we stayed on a holiday and most food places were closed (no fault of the host or property). We ended up UBERing to Target for food and cooked ourselves, so all was great. Property is close to the cruise port and only took about 15 minutes to get to our dock. Rory was awesome and a very attentive host. Will definitely stay again!

Exactly what we were looking for for our group of nine the night before our cruise. We were from, TX, KS, OK, KY and AL. Being all together let us start our vacation a day early.
