"Hideaway Bay is truly amazing! So peaceful and relaxing. A perfect weekend getaway! We stayed durning Mother’s Day weekend so it was much slower then I assume it would be in the summer. The staff was incredibly attentive- always make sure we had what we needed. If you pass them outside, they are always checking in with you, which i really appreciated it. The grounds were beautifully maintained. The homes were clean and stocked with what you need. Beds were relaxing. Sleeping upstairs is amazing because you can wake up to the view of the lake (if staying in the front villas). Drift had amazing food and wonderful service. The hot tub and sauna was a nice touch. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I would 100% stay here again and will definitely be back in the summer to see this place running at full capacity. The only negative thing i can say (and it’s not their fault) is there is a train right behind the property which can be noisy as it does run all day but its about a min of noise and then right back to peace. Wasn’t even a bother but worth noting."

"Such a great place to stay, and a super short walk to the lake beach! Fenced in backyard was extremely convenient for letting the dogs out. The host was extremely kind and helpful, he recommended a bunch of wonderful spots for food, hiking and fishing nearby. Would definitely stay here again! "
