"Very friendly check in staff. Very friendly breakfast staff and a nice breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. One elevator was not working so the wait was fairly long, but those things happen. I would stay here again the next time I come to Medford."
"Great property and great customer service ! The room was very clean and smelled great, bed was super comfy and there was a target and restaurants right around the corner ! We were about 15 minutes from Salem and about 30 from Boston so it was a great location. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again ! "
"Overall it was a nice stay at The Cove. Location was great for those of us not wanting to be right in noisy downtown. About 25 minute walk, and 5-7 minute drive to the heart of Salem. Room was clean, decor and styling was nice, and it was fairly quiet. The only negatives I have are that one day our room was only half done room service wise for some reason, and the original lady who checked me in wasn’t overly friendly. Not rude, but not nearly as helpful or friendly as the other guy that was there a few days later. I would probably stay again. "
