"Upon entrance the hotel was very dirty. The toilet & shower inside the room was also very dirty. I didn’t want to sit on or use anything in the room. I was uncomfortable. Would not re-book or recommend to others"

"hardly no toilet paper available in the room, the curtains were torn there was a huge hole in the wall, there wasn't any batteries in the remote for tv use. The trash cans are small no room for extra refuse. The elevator had a strong urine smell as if someone used it as a toilet. Complimentary breakfast was bad oatmeal and dry bread for toast. Because I thought since it was connected to Wyndham's brand is was suppose to be better quality, not so, glad I was there for a couple of days."

"Their were needles in the room did not see it until I was stuck in the finger with one went to the hospital had to get a tetanus shot, bloodwork just to make sure that I was OK came back. Tried talking to management management never called me back every time I called the front desk. No one knew how to get in touch with management. I kept leaving my number and still to this moment, I still have yet to talk to management. I am back home. I have seen my own primary care. Doctor had lab work re-ran still waiting on my management of this hotel to reach out and at least acknowledge what happened over the weekend. I will no longer be using this hotel ever again. This used to be my go to hotel when I was in Merriville, but it is no longer I will be filing charges against them"

"The hotel was fine. The only complaint was that the pool was closed to be renovated. If I was told before hand , I may of booked elsewhere as we were looking forward to lounging before the concert that evening."

"I have honestly never seen a hotel in conditions this bad still actively accepting reservations. The entire property looked abandoned, unsafe, and under construction. There were piles of dead branches, debris, garbage, and overgrown landscaping throughout the property. Scaffolding surrounded sections of the building, the exterior looked half-painted and unfinished, and the overall atmosphere felt more like a condemned property than a functioning hotel. The fountain area was filled with stagnant, filthy water, broken down and completely neglected. Walkways and common areas were dirty and poorly maintained. At night, the property felt incredibly unsafe. Nothing about this place remotely resembled the photos advertised online. To make matters worse, there was vomit on the floor inside the hotel. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about the cleanliness and management of this property. It was absolutely disgusting. Expedia should be embarrassed for continuing to list this hotel while showcasing misleading photos and reviews that do not reflect reality at all. This was not simply an outdated hotel. This was a health, safety, and sanitation issue. Guests are paying money expecting a safe and clean stay and instead walking into a property that looks abandoned and barely operational. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay somewhere else immediately. One of the worst travel experiences I have ever had."
