HORRIBLE!! Gross room, elevator gross and needs some maintenance, showers leaked through the ceiling, dont think they even had had keeping. Pool was so cold couldnt even enjoy it. Two ladies at the counter were so rude and just downright disrespectful, wouldnt let us speak to a manager, just gave us an email to contact. Didnt feel safe in place at all. Code enforcement and the board of health should definitely be called

I tried to reach the front desk and had to go through way more automation than necessary just to get a toilet plunger that they couldnt send up andnhad me cone down to grab it only for the same employee to be on the floor i was staying on ten minutes later. They also knocked on my room door when i had a "Do not disturb" sign hanging on the door. Its as if they took that sign as a challenge or something. Also when it cones to their breakfast, the sausage links were still raw in the middle. The room was at least clean and the bed was comfortable at least.

This motel is honestly the most horrific motel I have ever seen much less stayed in. When my wife and I walked into the room, we turned around, walked out, and found another place to stay. Expedia should not allow customers to make reservations at this motel it is so gross.

This property is an Independent owner Merriville lodging inc Under Baymont inn and lodging. Does not appear to be related to Wyndam at all. Worst hotel either of us have ever stayed in. Filthy rugs, sink coming off wall broken lamp no lampshade on other lamp, NO soap no cups the few towels were dollar store worthy DO NOT STAY HERE

Would never stay at this hotel. It was dirty and had bed bugs. Now I am fighting with Expedia to refund my stay since I had to move to another hotel after the first night. Ended up staying in my car the first night after seeing the room. All the hotel did was give me an e-mail address to send my compliant to.

This is one of the most disgusting hotel states I’ve ever had in my life The room was not vacuumed, sticky stuff all over the counters, crumbs, and garbage down in the cushions of the couch, the tub was filthy, hair, and urine all over the toilet, the bathroom door knob was falling off, the whole entire hotel was nasty
