EXCEPTIONAL location, with sand garden. 22 m2 composite wooden terrace for delicious meals in summer and SPA (Jacuzzi for 6 people) offering you moments of fullness and refreshment on sunny days.

"La Fétuque Crin d'Ours" is a lovely family home with modern and well-kept amenities. New construction in 2016 to PMR standards and new energies. Aerothermal heating. Outdoor heat pump providing underfloor heating for the ground floor. Very appreciable for keeping your feet warm.
Located at 246, rue de Rang du Fliers (quiet), near the Parc de Bagatelle (2 min).
2 steps from shops and the sea, 6 km from Berck Plage and 7 km from Le Touquet.
The beach of Merlimont if located 5.3 kms, or 20 minutes by bike .....
