"Fétuque Bleue" is a pretty family house with modern and well-kept facilities. New construction in 2016 to PMR standards and new energies. Aerothermal heating. Outdoor heat pump providing underfloor heating for the ground floor. Very appreciable for keeping your feet warm.
Located at 252, rue de Rang du Fliers (quiet), near the Parc de Bagatelle (2 min).
2 steps from shops and the sea, 6 km from Berck Plage and 7 km from TOUQUET.
The beach of Merlimont if located 5.3 kms, or 20 minutes by bike .....

Our house is comfortable, facing SOUTH including:
