Merimbula's Panoramic Townhouses by Lisa boast stunning views of Merimbula's lake and ocean. You can see from Merimbula's famous wharf and bar to the North, and all the way to Pambula Beach and Haycock Point to the South.
Townhouses
These two bedroom upstairs/downstairs townhouses are fully self contained. Each unit has a full kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, full sized fridge, and microwave, a separate lounge (with foxtel) and dining area, a bathroom with two toilets (1 on each level) and a laundry with a washer and dryer.
The main bedroom has a king sized bed (with a 2nd television) and the second bedroom has two single beds. Each unit has a private balcony that overlooks Merimbula Lake and ocean.
Facilities
Merimbula's Panoramic Townhouses are surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens. The grounds also boast a large swimming pool and a great BBQ area at the rear of the complex. There is also 1 off street car park per townhouse.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in an older style block . Wonderful view , new kitchen and all amenities for a short stay supplied . Easy access to shops and restaurants. Very comfortable beds and linen .
Very good value for money .
Loved the spacious living, bedrooms downstairs lounge kitchen upstairs with veranda showcased views on river and ocean, spectacular.
Clean through out, working appliances, all the basic requirements for a getaway.
Only issue was TV reception, which after resetting came good.
We found that the accommodation suited our needs for the 9 nights were more than adequate. Plenty of room for 2 people ! The BBQ facilities out back were good. The only problem I found was the door on the second bedroom. It was very hard to open due to new carpet being laid. The door needs to be shaved at the bottom.

Great location and view
Townhouse is average for what you pay. It's very dated, could do with a major re-vamp. Had to buy our own HDMI cable to connect to Foxtel. Great location and view from balcony though.
Hidden gem with stunning views and fabulous amentities
Unit 2 looks like a standard 70s/80s build from the outside, but once you step through the doors you’ll be pleasantly welcomed by state of the art updates and a clean and cosy feel. Perfect for a travelling couple or a small family set on having a mini break adventure. This Unit proved to be a great choice for our friends weekend away. Tea and coffee provided, super clean bathrooms and kitchen as well as towels and linen make this an excellent choice for your next trip away. The coded door makes working out a time to pick up keys a thing of the past. So easy. Thank you to Lisa for her excellent hospitality.
From booking to check out, the process was very easy Good communication.
Would stay there again. Good location with east access to everything.

We stayed with daughter and toy poodle. Very spacious all you could ask for provided. Very clean and peaceful. Peoples' pets were very well behaved. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone wishing to see Merimbula with pet friendly a big bonus. Will definitely be back here again.
