Allara is conveniently located, being both handy to the Town Centre and an easy walk to the waterfront.

This 3 bedroom duplex apartment is spacious and comfortably furnished for your convenience. Inside there is an open planned living area adjoining a well equipped and functional kitchen. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the second has two single beds whilst the third has a single bed. The bathroom is well equipped and there is a separate laundry. Of course, your comfort is assured through all seasons with a reverse cycle air conditioner.

A large front and side, fenced and grassed, the yard is ideal for the kiddies, whilst off-street parking and a BBQ complete the picture.

This apartment is ideal for a mid-sized family, and it will not break the holiday budget.

I contracted COVID and spent most of the time on bed or in front of the TV.

The accommodation was fine apart from no wardrobe space in 3rd bedroom. Coming down with Covid three days after arriving took the edge off the holiday.

Handy location

Handy location for this very clean & presentable property which was great for a short family getaway. Passing traffic was a small issue initially but we got used to it. Very well presented with new couches & big screen TV. Great value for money given its handy location.
