There was a clogged sink, and I never could get a hold of maintenance because their voicemail was full and they wouldn’t answer. Also, I was under the impression I was booking a deluxe suite along with another suite so that we would have a shared kitchen area. That was not the case. It was two smaller suites connected. Also there was a giant stain on the carpet, and part of the ceiling looked like it was falling down.

"The staff members are very helpful, nice and courteous. They're as great as the lake view from the cabins. Breakfast is free, diverse and satisfying. The peace and quite is unbeatable. There weren't any small kids when I was there which was perfect. Finca san juan in Ometepe is on my top two places. ..."
