This is, no doubt, the best location in the North of Merida, with immediate access to the city's belt highway - Periferico, or to the Merida-Progreso highway (the way to the beach), or to the main Avenues towards the Historic Centre - Centro Historico (10 minutes drive
The unit 812 is located on the 8th floor out of 11 floors in total, and consists of 3 bedrooms, each one with its en-suite bathroom, plus a half bathroom for guests, a spacious living-room with an open kitchen concept and a small, cozy terrace viewing the US Consulate.
***The TV includes a Roku device that provides access to Roku channels. The device is fixed to the table and must not be moved, as it may lose signal. The Roku remote control is provided for your use—please handle it with care. Ignoring this rule and moving the device may result in a fine of MXN 500.
** Please note that any refunds issued for any reason shall be minus the credit card or payment processing fees, since we are not able to recoup this amount from our end! **
