The staff were excellent. The hotel is new and the rooms had a lot of space, plus modern bathrooms with good water pressure which was not available elsewhere.

The BEST thing about this hotel is LOCATION. The WORST thing is their front-desk personnel (not all of them) AND the hotel Manager that were unable to manage a rather difficult situation: We were on a nine night extended family trip occupying five double rooms and a triple. Our experience was TERRIBLE due to the fact that almost all days we struggled to get hot water (yes in a "premium hotel") to take a shower. Sometimes water pressure was minimal, most times water was at best mildly warm. Sometimes it was pretty cold. This happened ALL TEN DAYS regardless of the several different actions (at least that's what we were told) to fix the problem. It was a nightmare and we will never come back to this hotel or recommend anybody to go. Hope this helps.

La localización es muy buena dado que se encuentra en una avenida turística y céntrica; sin embargo, pese a que está recien remodelado (por dentro), la limpieza fue pésima, en nuestra habitación los pisos siempre estaban sucios, con cabellos ajenos, pegajoso, el baño incluido el inodoro, estaban sucios, el hecho de que huela bien por el aromatizante que usan en las instalaciones no evita que se vea sucio, el agua de la regadera no se iba y escuché a otra persona quejarse de lo mismo. Me parece que en general estaba muy descuidado, el personal de recepción distraido (a excepción de la señorita que nos recibió que fue muy amable). Dada la cercanía con la zona donde se realizan muchos eventos de noche o madrugada, deberían tener ventanas aislantes de sonido, en doa ocasiones no pude dormir por una carrera a las 5 am y por una fiesta mexicana, y por fiesta en un bar a un costado, eso se solucionaría con ventanas de calidad. Me defraudó en general, se alejó mucho de mi expectativa y definitivamente no regresaría ahí. Escuché que bajó el nivel a partir del cambio de administración.
