Old Style Hotel, Business room with balcony nice

The Hotel has a good Location. It is an older building, but my Business room was OK, it was Clean. There is some noise coming from the street. A coworker helped me with the luggage, but the wake Up call never happened, even If I mentioned it several Times.

What a beautiful place to stay. This hotel is tucked in Parque de los Hidalgo which is so convenient. The hotel is well preserved and filled with beautiful artwork. The service was great, the front desk staff was prompt. We requested a cab and they made the arrangements as requested. The room is perfect for a nite with all the amenities a/c, TV and toiletries. There is a pool on the third floor. I didn’t go in the water, I did a temp check with my toe, it felt great. I would totally stay here again.

When I was searching for the hotels in Merida they showed a beautiful building big and nice but is not that one the hotel is rating 8.2 is nothing compare with another hotels I went in my previous trips. This don’t not have elevator, the beds is pretty bad not comfortable the shower never I couldn’t control the temperature was coming very hot or cold. I don’t not recommend this property l.

This hotel was clean, generally in good condition. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the bellhops in the lobby area. I gave an average rating overall as the rooms were very small, and I had a function to attend shortly after check in...it was 5:15 PM, & I had to wait for my room to be made ready for over 15 minutes.

The hotel is clean and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; however, the pool was shut down during my entire stay. They host wedding receptions and they last until about 1:30am. It’s a small hotel so the noise from the receptions echo loudly to the entire building which makes it unfair to the rest of the hotel guests.
