Kitchen has big refrigerator with large freezer, gas stove with standart owen, all dishes. Outdoors you can find your own private courtyard and small garage.
Price are including bills of elecricity, gas, water, cable TV, WIFI cover of internet 5 MBps, thash servis and servis for necesities in the garden (clean, water, cut etc.). Perfect for budget minded students, youth couples or pensioners. House is situated by quiet neighborhood near historic centre, about 15 minutes by taxi (20-30 Mexican pesos, cca 2-3 USD). The same distance are commercial places on periphery.
Merida is the largest city on the Yucatan Peninsula, situated 30 kilometers (20 miles) to see the beach. Rental car available for $350 Mexican pesos (cca 35 USD) per day. Connection flights to Merida - from Miami takes 1.5 hour, from Mexico City 1.5 hour, from Cancún 1 hour. Driving from Cancún 3.5 hour by speedway. There are direct US flights from Houston, Atlanta, and Miami via Cancun.
