After cleaning our room the second day housekeeping forgot to out towels back and we had to ask for additional TP this morning as we ran out of it. With a small Hotel comes also limited offerings /amenities.only Breakfasts available , no minbar , or any other way to buy anything when arriving late for example . I enjoyed the stay !

I booked this hotel based on the good reviews on Expedia. We need a place to stay for the night before we fly back to US in the next morning. Once we got in to the room, the room is clean but there were a lot of mosquitoes. It looks like the room we were in is a place converted from garage, it is far away for the main building, we could not find its WiFi. The room deco is good but missed the basic things such as cups and coffee maker( we got it after we asked for it).

Our booking included cooked breakfast.The waiter seemed surprised by this,rather than sort it without fuss he made us feel uncunfortable.It needs attention around the pool,umbrella,table ,chairs etc.Room needs a fridge.On the good side ,best bed i ever slept in

The location doesnt compare to the photos. Run down, shower leaked, bed was hard, pool was dirty, cleaning solution in the room was so powerful it was tough to breathe. Zero internet making it impossible to communicate with our children back home. Receptionist would not allow refund saying someone was coming to fix the issues. Never happened. We ended up having to forfeit our costs and leave two days early.

Great place to stay, lousy internet

I really enjoyed staying here. The staff is very nice and helpful. The restaurant serves a nice breakfast for a nominal price. It was very quiet and no problems sleeping. The bed was wonderful. The shower was fantastic. The only drawback was the internet. I had two online meetings during my stay and the service was unstable. For my second online meeting, I was permitted to use the dining room, which was not much better. If the hotel could get better internet service, it would definitely be 5 stars!

Había una máquina junto al cuatto quese encendía cada rato y hacia mucho ruido, día y noche. El cuarto estaba junto a la recepción, no tenía caja de seguridad, hacían ruido desde las 5:30 am y hasta se ponían a imprimir o discutir en recepción. Aunque dejaba el letrero de no molestar, entraban al cuarto y no dejaban toallas suficientes y las que dejaban estaban ya todas deshilachadas

Me gustó el hotel es pequeño, muy tranquilo, nada de ruido, incluye un desayuno sencillo pero rico. Lo que no me gustó es que el internet nunca sirvió y no hay personal que te ayude con las maletas aunque te vean cargando no te abren ni la puerta . Lo recomiendo si, aunque el servicio y el internet pueden mejorar .
