"Mi familia y yo visitamos este hotel por 9 días y sin duda regresaremos, el hotel estaba totalmente limpio, la habitación que escogimos estaba remodelada, sin alfombras y con muy buen aire acondicionado, la atención de todo el personal y Staff era siempre con mucha amabilidad y excelencia, la ubicación del Hotel es perfecto está en un lugar céntrico, seguro y muy cerca de todo, tiene un desayuno buffet, incluido diario muy variado, completo y delicioso y lo mejor de todo es la piscina y Jacuzzi bajo techo climatizada , eso le da un plus al Hotel increíble, porque al ser un país tropical donde llueve tanto no importa cómo este el clima afuera puedes disfrutar totalmente del Hotel. Y quiero también destacar que tienen un servicio de paramédicos, rescue, rápidos, profesionales y eficientes con ambulancia gratis, totalmente por cortesía del Hotel, por si tienes alguna emergencia ellos te ayudarán sin pensarlo como lo hicieron con mi esposo. Gracias a todos en este hotel mi familia y yo tuvimos unas excelentes vacaciones en Costa Rica y sin dudas regresaremos"
